Do I need to be home during the cleaning? 

Nope! Many clients provide access via a key, lockbox, or code. I will coordinate your preferences ahead of time for a smooth visit. 

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? 

Yes, I bring everything needed for a top-to-bottom clean — including professional-grade products and tools. Want eco-friendly products? Just let me know before hand! 

Do you offer flat-rate pricing? 

I sure do! Flat-rate prices are based on your home’s size and condition. I confirm final quotes after a walkthrough or virtual consult. 

 

What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean? 

A standard clean is perfect for regular upkeep — surface areas, floors, kitchens, and bathrooms. A deep clean includes extra detail like baseboards, blinds, grout, and more. View our full comparison on the Services page. 

How do I book a cleaning? 

You can book by calling, texting, or emailing — or by submitting a quote request on the website. I will respond quickly to confirm your service. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is due at time of service unless arranged otherwise. 

Do you clean rental properties or work with realtors? 

Absolutely! I specialize in move-out cleanings, real estate prep, and property manager bundles. Multi-unit discounts available. 

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? 

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand life happens and we’re happy to reschedule when needed.
