Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and agreements for all cleaning services provided by Simply Maid Clean. By booking a service with Simply Maid Clean LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1️⃣ Services Provided

• Services will be performed as outlined in your booking confirmation and agreed upon during the initial walkthrough.

• A detailed checklist can be provided upon request to outline the tasks included in Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, and Add-On Services.

• I do not offer biohazard cleanup, pest infestation cleanup, or hazardous material removal.

2️⃣ Pricing & Estimates

• All quotes are based on the size, condition, and requirements of your space and are subject to change after the in-person walkthrough.

• Additional fees may apply for excessive buildup, pet hair, or special cleaning requests not included in the original quote.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3️⃣ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• If I arrive and am unable to access the property (locked out, no key/code provided, etc.), a lockout fee may be charged.

4️⃣ Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

• Secure all pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to cleaning.

• Please ensure there is no clutter as I will have to work around it. I do not de-clutter and I wont touch papers.

• Notify me in advance of any special instructions, broken items, or areas requiring extra care.

5️⃣ My satisfaction Guarantee is as such:

• If you are unsatisfied with any area cleaned, please contact me within 24 hours of your service.

• I will return to re-clean the specified area at no additional charge.

• Refunds are not provided, but I will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues.

6️⃣ Liability

• Simply Maid Clean LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or broken prior to cleaning

  • Damage resulting from faulty surfaces, old finishes, or improper installation of fixtures

7️⃣ Health & Safety

• I reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., biohazards, severe infestations, or aggressive animals).

• Use of personal protective equipment may be required for certain tasks.

8️⃣ Changes to Terms

• Simply Maid Clean LLC reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• The latest version will always be available on the website.
